Whoa. You'll have to be a little less obscure in your transitions.
Offhand I'm not against processing garbage, if you can mine it for
useful resources to recycle. But you have to *knowingly* be a
garbage processor to get any useful results. Otherwise you just
stir around the garbage.
What exactly did you have in mind? Who is needlessly constraining your
desire to process garbage? And is this related to the Unicode Standard's
text in some particular way, or is this just general garbage-Angst? ;-)
