William, it is clear that you have not been listening.

Do NOT use Private Use Encoding to achieve the kinds of font glyph
selection you have described. Use AAT or OpenType technology for
glyph and style selection instead.

You really need to give up on this PUA thing. That is my opinion.

Please do not reply with an extended essay. Your approach is wrong,
everyone has been saying that it is wrong, and you need to take that
on board.
