MySQL doesn't support Unicode.
(char encoding + how to handle international text + etc).

but as long as it can stores ASCII encoded text,
it can also stores UTF-8 encoded text.
(just store, not understand)

if that's true,
so, with some additional works (in user program layer, not MySQL),
can we do support it ?
