Help with Burmese (?)

I am teaching an internal class on Unicode, and I asked all the
participants to write their names; the goal is to then give them the
Unicode encoding and to build an internal page to highlight Unicode's
capabilities. I think I got a Burmese name, but I can't figure out the
encoding. Can somebody help?
