thanks for the fix and new entry suggestions.

I fixed Ethiopia & Eritrea which had name and location swapped.
There are new entries for Azerbaijan (Latin, I need a Cyrillic now)
Czech (I need to confirm the Czech for Czech)
Another Japan (my arm was twisted ;-) )
and Tamil.

I capitalized the name OGAI. I think that is the family name but I found
some web sites that refer to him as Mori and some Ogai, so I am not
sure.

The http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode-example.html and the
http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode/unicodeexample.pdf are updated.

The other files will get these updates as time permits.
