This is a limit case which appeared in newsgroup
<it.cultura.linguistica.italiano>. Anyway, words of arbitrary length can be
elided in Italian, and phrases with two consecutive elisions (i.e. three
words in a row without intervening spaces) are not rare, e.g.
"dell'altr'anno" ["last year's"].
