This type of conversion can also be done with UniPad
(http://www.unipad.org). Import file as "Shift-JIS", Save As "ASCII +
UCN", or Copy As "ASCII + UCN" via clipboard. UCN means Universal
Character Name (i.e. "\u" sequences).
