    I'm sorry if that was open to misunderstanding: I intended it to
    refer to the jury of one in the court deciding my personal opinion,
    not to any formal position by Unicode as an organization.

    The UTC still has to formally review the public input received.

    However, you should re-read the passages of my contribution that
    present possible lines of evaluating such input as those could be
    similar to what the UTC may apply.
