"Keheh" vs. "swash Kaf" seems to be contrastive in Sindhi. See
    ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/pub/arabtex/doc/arabdoc.pdf
page 49's transliteration table, where "k" produces a swash kaf and
    "kh" a keheh.
