Surrogate supported in Mozilla 1.3

    I confirmed this and the pages look great.
    I used James Kass Code 2001 fonts for display.

    I will update the Unicode example intro page to reflect that Mozilla 1.3
    supports this.
    Neat! Just in time for my birthday tomorrow!

    Mozilla finally displays all the examples at
