    Well, lets take a few steps back here....

    The OS is not doing any such thing. And the program will only do it if they
    WNAT to do it using ICU. So t he only way they can have problems is if they
    had the switch off, produced a bunch of bogus data, and then turned the
    switch on.

    Now given that scenario, how can this be considered anything but pilot
    error?
