Is it possible? Absolutely. People have been writing computer programs
for half a century to transliterate between Latin and Cyrillic. Why not
Latin and Osmanya?
It's highly unlikely that such a program already exists, however,
considering that Osmanya has been formally in Unicode for only a few
months.
