But in the case of Tamil, the non-existance of U+0BD7 wouldn't
remove the disparity with written Tamil, it would only make the
formulation more difficult.
You can no longer say:
U+0BD7 and U+0BB3 are indistinguishable in written Tamil
but it would still hold, that:
U+0B95 U+0BC6 U+0BB3 and
U+0B95 U+0BCC
are indistinguishable in written Tamil.
