    I'm pretty sure Mozilla does on Windows. Of course, if we're actually
    talking about the PC, I belive all the mailers on BeOS always supported
    Unicode, and Ximian Evolution, Mozilla, Kmail and Mutt, just to name a few,
    all support Unicode on Un*x.
