You may also want to consider joining one of the related discussion
forums mentioned there.
For keyboard drivers, you should consult the Windows device driver kit
for details on creating these from scratch, or you can use the MS
Keyboard Layout Creator -- see
http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/tools/msklc.mspx
Please note that support for Bengali or any other script on Windows CE
may be dependent on the functionality that a given OEM chooses to have
included in their products (due to hardware resource limitations, a
vendor may choose to leave out some components in order to have enough
room for the components they need).
