    For keyboard drivers, you should consult the Windows device driver kit
    for details on creating these from scratch, or you can use the MS
    Keyboard Layout Creator -- see

    Please note that support for Bengali or any other script on Windows CE
    may be dependent on the functionality that a given OEM chooses to have
    included in their products (due to hardware resource limitations, a
    vendor may choose to leave out some components in order to have enough
    room for the components they need).
