I don't think anyone plans to include standard neutral characters like
ASCII digits and punctuation in the recommendation against using and
accepting mixed-script domain names. Neutral letters can appear
whereever necessary. It's the alphabetic characters of Latin, Greek and
Cyrillic that shouldn't be mixed, or the user may suffer consequences no
user should have to endure.
