I assume you mean somebody else, because that was exactly what I said:
the IBM logo consists entirely of Unicode characters. That does not
make the IBM logo a candidate for encoding. I think I misunderstood
you, and thought by "not out of scope" you meant that the AEG logo might
be a candidate for encoding.
