I didn't say it isn't important. I said the requirement for Chinese
speakers to learn an entirely new script was more heavily discussed in
the IDN WG than the desire to add proper accents and punctuation to
<lhumanite.fr>.
I concede that it is an overstatement to say that the European-language
issue wasn't discussed *at all*, though.
