Malayalam digit zero (U+oD66) glyph correction and adding Malayalam Numerics (10, 100, 1000)

Dear members of the list,

Malayalam digit zero glyph (U+0D66) is incorrect.
So, wrote a proposal to be submitted to the UTC
on the need to correct Malayalam digit zero (U+0D66),
and to add Malaylam numerics
for 10 at U+0D70, 100 at U+0D71 and 1000 at U+0D72
in parallel with Tamil numerics. The shapes of these Malayalam
Numerics and digit Zero, and the usage examples of
Malayalam numerics are included.

Correcting Malayalam Digit Zero glyph(U+0D66),
and, adding Malayalam numerics (U+0D70, U+0D71, U+0D72)
