New translations of "What is Unicode?" posted

Many thanks to Daniel Yacob for providing us with 2 new translations of "What is Unicode?":

- What is Unicode in Sebatbeit http://www.unicode.org/standard/translations/sebatbeit.html
- What is Unicode in Xamtanga http://www.unicode.org/standard/translations/xamtanga.html

These translations were apparently made possible by Unicode 4.1.

We wish to also acknowledge Sahle Jingo for the Sebatbeit translation and Dr. Alimeraw Gebrehiwot for his Xamtanga translation.
