The Unicode Technical Committee has released a new version of UTS #18
Unicode Regular Expressions.

The updated UTS (version 11) is available here:

        http://unicode.org/reports/tr18/

Version 11 has significant changes in the handling of properties,
especially those for POSIX compatibility. A conformance clause for
properties has been added to Level 1 and line boundary conformance has been
clarified in that level. Version 11 also adds changes in accordance with
Unicode 4.1.0, and the text has had a substantial number of edits for
clarity.
