    Oh yes, I like this idea!

    Let's add immediately the missing BIG CAPITALS that lead paragraphs and span an unspecified number of lines too (I don't know the English term for the French "lettrine"), because it's common in lots of books and publications, both modern and historic! And why not also, all the smallcaps...
