The Unicode Technical Committee has released a new version of UTS #22
Character Mapping Markup Language (CharMapML). This new version has been
promoted to a Unicode Technical Standard from a Technical Report, and thus
has a new Conformance section. Explicit text has been added about
multi-character mappings, and many editorical changes have been made in the
text.
