The Unicode Consortium would like to draw your attention to a new
stability policy for the Unicode definition of formal identifiers used in
programming languages, scripting languages, resource identification, and
other areas.

In addition, each Unicode stability policy now has clearly identified
which versions of the standard it is applicable to.
