Tamil fractions symbols are many,
and they have individual names also. An example list for
Tamil fractions:

Similar situation exists for Malayalam.
Malayalam fractions. An example:

(see page 3 for fractions' examples).
These fractions are *not* used in modern Tamil
or Malayalam printing as the decimal system with Hindu-Arabic
numerals is used in schools.
As there are many fractions in both languages,
it will be good, if at all they are encoded,
they are placed in different block(s).
