There is no problem with the names for Thai characters 0E1C..0E1F.

Sure looks like it to me.

This chart has some things that look suspicious to me (again, not having studied Lao): I suspect the names for low and high tho might be backwards on that chart. But as for lo lot and lo ling, that chart looks right. The names in the standard do appear to be wrong.
