    This is an artefact of the Internet Explorer, and many other browsers
    (I have it even reproduced with Safari on a Mac).

     From the HTML source code:

    - The page is encoded in UTF-8, according to the embedded Meta tag.
       (However, the HTTP header does not specify the encoding,
       cf. Attachment).
    - The character in question is U+0080, an unassigned controll character.

    I suggest, the controll characters should not be given literally,
    in this page. Most controll codes are forbidden, anyway, by SMG rules.

    There are some other issues with that page. I have filed an error
    report on the Unicode contact form.
