I would like to point out that the Myanmar encoding is not currently
stable. That is, a change to its encoding model has been proposed,
which could affect its stability. The proposed change has been agreed
unanimously by participants from a number of organizations in Myanmar
(including Ngwe Tun), and is being discussed among members of the UTC
and will be discussed at the next meeting of WG2. Now is not the time
to be talking about releasing software for Myanmar. We don't know
what will happen at WG2 at the end of April.
