Mea culpa. I reviewed the Lao aliases in the charts several times, and
didn't spot that one ... probably because I was cross-checking against
the "Suggested Annotations and Aliases" in L2/05-357 which is where
the omission crept in in the first place.
Many thanks to Richard for noticing the omission.
