The first one is <U+100D MYANMAR LETTER DDA, U+1039 MYNAMAR SIGN VIRAMA,
U+100E MYANMAR LETTER DDHA>. The second one is <U+1039, U+1010 MYANMAR
LETTER TA, U+1039, U+101D MYANMAR LETTER WA>, the common enough Sanskrit
suffix -tva.
