For a serious enquiry I miss some details:
    – is it truely ancient?
    – has a date been ascribed?
    – Found where, when and by who?
    – What is the context (of excavation, similar objects …)?
    – Where are the objects now?
    – better photographs –?

From the very few details recognisable in those two images I would
rather go for the Kanaanaean branch of Phoenician rather than the
    Aramaic or the Punic.
Could possibly be some Kanaanaean-Makkabaean or Samaritan.
