The problem is not in principle "resolvable", because
what looks like what depends on the fonts people
have installed, among other things.
However, what you are looking for, in the first
approximation, is the list of confusables discussed
in:
UTS #39, Unicode Security Mechanisms
See Section 4, Confusable Detection, in that document,
and the related data files, including:
