A new update of UTS #18, Unicode Regular Expressions has been released.

The changes in this update include: improved end-of-line treatment;
clarifying the use of grapheme clusters in regular expressions; a clearer
discussion of the importance of the different regex features; updated
syntax; and other improvements.
