Are there any proposals or discussions to include the CE mark
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE_mark) in future versions of the Unicode standard?
Or any reasons for not including it?

The usage of this symbol is similar to U+212E ESTIMATED SYMBOL,
which has been included for a long time.
