No, its just displaying an alternate (mirrored) glyph. The mirroring
does not change the semantics of the underlying character.
A font which displays an alternate mirrored form of a glyph when an
OpenType mirroring feature is applied is no more flawed than a font
which displays lower case letters as small caps when a small caps
feature is applied.
