    Specifically;

    Keeping both upper and lower case forms accessible is useful.

    Usage of enumeration over 9999 is very limited. ...

    The single character ("YIWN") representation makes good sense. The confusion
    stems from the "revised" Soviet orthography...which is why I cite the
    Thompson text on Classical Armenian.
