The online form is used to collect information for the UTC meeting in
August; no responses will be forthcoming until after that meeting. If you
want to have discussion of particular issues, you can copy your response to
this list (as you seem to be doing here).

It is most useful for discussion if people *do not* simply cite the code
point; best is to at least include the name, if not the literal character
(where already assigned).
