Use of ZWJ to form Sinhala Conjuncts

Hi,

I came across this in Sinhala Wikipedia ක‍්‍රිපූ. It was analyzed by
Ishida's Uniview as below

<ka> + <ZWJ> + <virama> + <ZWJ> + <ra> + <pa> + <uu>

There seems to have many such instances in Sinhala Wikipedia such as these
ප‍්‍රමාණය [ <pa> + <ZWJ> + <virama> + <ZWJ> + <ra> + <nna> + <ya> ]

Are these two ZWJ's necessary to form these Conjuncts ? Infact, do the
consonant-ra conjuncts [and consonant-ya conjuncts] ever require ZWJ at all
?
