    Nameprep http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3491 is the stringprep profile required for IDNA http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3490. Note that character restrictions in certain TLD's might be further controlled by the registries. For example, .ORG does not allow Devanagari OM (U+0950), but instead only allows a small subset of Unicode.
