As the OP said below (please don't top post), download with ftp.
Try Googling "how to use ftp".
If you only know how to use a Web browser, then you just need to work
out that ftp://talentex.co.uk/ is a URL, which the aforementioned
Googling would have told you - but you don't have to use a Web browser
to use ftp.
