The characters in Unicode 6 can be found at
http://www.unicode.org/Public/6.0.0/ in particular listed in
http://www.unicode.org/Public/6.0.0/ucd/UnicodeData.txt along with Han
data in http://www.unicode.org/Public/6.0.0/ucd/Unihan.zip and assorted
other data in the ucd directory.
Frequency of use can be easily computed by going through the web and
counting characters. Consult a major search engine for links (or
better, archives) for as much of the web as possible.
