Mail filtering, and Tulasi - (was) Re: Everson's Ahom proposal

And FWIW, no mails from this tulasi guy is coming to list - but
obviously, all of us are receiving mails from him, apparently coming
from this tulasi.

I have not checked the list archives - but I filter my mails by the
"X-list" header, and all mails from him end up in trash (and some are
actually deleted); but certainly not the list folder.

Ummm... if these mails actually figure in the list archives, why
aren't mails from Tulasi alone not coming into the list's folder on my
system? (have checked, and cannot find any reason) Does Gmail deliver
only one copy of a mail to me when the sender has B/Cc'ed me a mail
sent to a mailing list? (does not happen with other mailing lists I am
subscribed to).

I request people replying to people to verify whether a mail is
directed to the list or to them personally.
