SINGLE-SHIFT TWO
SINGLE-SHIFT THREE
PRIVATE USE ONE

Changing their names to "SINGLE-SHIFT 2" or "SINGLE-SHIFT-2" etc is
surely contrary to the whole point of the exercise.
