the SIL PUA (http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=PUA_home) is slowly being absorbed into TUS one character yet to be added is the U+F1BC MODIFIER LETTER SMALL H WITH STROKE the chart for Latin Extended-D (http://www.unicode.org/Public/6.1.0/charts/blocks/UA720.pdf) has a character U+A7F8 MODIFIER LETTER CAPITAL H WITH STROKE the SIL PUA listing was last updated 2010-04-27, while the TUS 6.1 code chart gives no clues as to provenance I see no capital H modifer in the SIL PUA, and no small h modifier in TUS 6.1 are these distinct characters? is the one a substitute for the other? or have I missed something? regards   . . .   /phil chatney
