BabelMap updated to 6.1

For those interested, Andrew West's BabelMap
(http://www.babelstone.co.uk/software/babelmap.html) has been updated
to Unicode 6.1 just a couple days back.

@Andrew: Thanks for a great program! If it is not too much trouble,
you might consider notifying such releases on the Unicode/Unicore
lists so interested people can be informed.
