Are you complaining about the inclusion of traditional native Sinhala
terms for the letters? e.g. From the code chart:

= sinhala letter ka

0D9B ඛ SINHALA LETTER MAHAAPRAANA KAYANNA
= sinhala letter kha
----------------------------

The transliterated form appears there too
