PRI #280: Proposed Update UTR #23, Unicode Character Property Model

UTR #23, The Unicode Character Property Model
<http://www.unicode.org/review/pri280/>, is being updated, to bring it
back into synchronization with the latest release of the Unicode
Standard. All citations to definitions from the conformance section of
the standard have been corrected, and references to the standard have
been updated from Version 5.0 to Version 7.0.

Reviewers of the proposed update of this document are invited to check
the rest of the content and to make suggestions for improvement of the text.

The closing date for this issue is October 20, 2014. For information
