I've been sort of out of the loop on Unicode and a lot of other
things for a while, but I'm back—for now, at least.
I was looking through various old Unicode proposals and documents (I
hadn't really used the document register before), and there's a
character or two whose fate I can't seem to work out.
I see that,
http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2011/11373-linguistic-doubt.pdf proposes
some very sensible characters (who hasn't written a superscript or
combining "?" when uncertain about something?), but they seem to
have fallen through the cracks.
http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2012/12007.htm specifies that it should
be put on the agenda for the next meeting, and indeed it is listed
on the agenda at
http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2012/12111.htm, but
never in the actual minutes or motions (12112.htm and 12113.htm).
Did someone just forget about them?
I thought I had another one to ask about, but in typing it up and
getting my references straight I figured out where it went.
