"Q" shaped as mirrored "P"

under the sculpure of a skull read: «Repara y »(sic!)« se consideras o
estado em que eu estou»:« eu já fui quem tu és e tu serás q.ᵐ eu sou».
All three "Q"s are shaped as a mirrored "P".
