Superseded Unicode Standard Annex
 

The material formerly covered by UAX #13: Unicode Newline Guidelines has been incorporated into the Core Specification of the Unicode Standard, starting with Version 4.0, and that UAX is thus superseded.

The text was incorporated into Unicode 4.0.0 in the following section:
